use to send in with your jewelry items. It's a simple
form in PDF format that you can print and use to send
your items to Sarasota Gold & Silver. Please read
it carfully and fill in as much information as you possibly
can. It will help us determine the vlaue of your jewelry
much faster.
Once your item arrives by Postal Service we will contact
you within 24 hours to let you know that we recieved it.
